I ordered Sacheon style shaved noodles and gyeongjang yukseul sujeondal dumplings and they were delicious. In particular, the dim sum is steamed and comes out right away, so I give it a thumbs up. I ate Beef Dried Noodles, Yuval Dried Noodles, Sholongpoo, Crystal Dal Dumplings, and Shomai. It was delicious! Shomai looks delicious. My mom also likes dim sum.
It's really great.. This is a picture of Beef Dosakmyeon and Shomai (the menu name is difficult...) The Kkoobaro is also delicious. Enjoy it. But the most famous menu here is Yuval Noodles....?

The beef dosakmyeon had chewy noodles and soft meat and broth! Sholongpoo is a recommended juicy dim sum! However, the beef fried rice that came out a while late (missed order?) was dull and didn't look like it was fried, but just steamed. This is below average! I came early for lunch so it didn't seem that crowded, but I didn't get to choose my seat! It feels like it was split up and placed too narrowly! It's a shame that you can't even put a bag or outerwear on it.
Dosakmyeon had a chewy texture and a lively texture. It was a bit cold, so I wanted something warm and spicy, and although the fresh taste was stronger than the spiciness I expected, it was delicious. The rice bowl was good too.

Today, I went to Namsogwan Beef Dosakmyeon at the recommendation of an acquaintance, but I never expected to experience such authentic Taiwanese taste in the middle of Gangnam. The beef dosakmyeon had a deep broth and the noodle texture was so chewy that my eyes lit up as soon as I took a bite. The handmade dim sum is plump with live whole shrimp, and the stir-fried tiger is spicy, making it a real rice thief! The honey char siu rice bowl is soft and delicious even kids will like it. This is a Gangnam Station restaurant with a clear reason for waiting in line, and we are sure to visit again.

I visited because I wanted to eat Dosakmyeon! Overall, the menu wasn't that exciting, so I didn't feel pressured to keep eating. Of the four things I ate that day, the most delicious one was the fish seasoning eggplant rice bowl!! I think cutting the eggplant into thin strips lengthwise and frying it was a godsend. The chashai that was given as a basic side dish was so delicious that I refilled it several times. Next time I go, I want to try other menu items as well.

This place is famous for its homemade Dosakmyeon (刀削麵), and the noodles are springy and chewy, so they taste really good 😋 What I ordered were the representative menu items, beef Dosakmyeon and beef stir-fried noodles. Beef dosakmyeon contains dosakmyeon that is gently boiled in a spicy and rich beef broth. There is a large amount of meat and the broth is full of flavor, so it is perfect as a hangover or a hearty meal! Beef stir-fried noodles have another charm because they are stir-fried in a fiery soy sauce base without broth. The sweet and salty seasoning is well absorbed into the dosakmyeon, and the vegetables and beef go well together! If you are looking for authentic Chinese-style Dosakmyeon in Gangnam, I recommend Namsogwan Gangnam branch! 🥢💕

This is my first time making homemade Dosik noodles and it’s really delicious! The texture is interesting and the quantity is sufficient so you feel full after eating it. The soup is rich and the meat for decoration is delicious! I'll come again next time. Ah, but the food cooking time is too long. I order this and sit down and wait for 20 to 30 minutes.
