I tried the king prawn chicken, which is popular these days, at Chicken Mania's Sindorim branch and it was really great! 🍗🦐 I was curious because Young Tak is a model and is also famous as ‘Young Tak Chicken’, but it exceeded my expectations. The best part was the shrimp renewal part! In the past, it was a bit cumbersome to remove the head, but now it is made with neatly cleaned whole shrimp without the head, making it very easy to eat in one bite. The shrimp meat is very plump and large, so it has a chewy texture. I ordered boneless to make it easier to eat, but Chicken Mania boneless was 100% chicken leg meat, so it wasn't dry at all and was moist and soft all the way through, which was great. 😭 The crispy batter is coated with sour + sweet + spicy sauce as if stir-fried, so it is not soggy and has a luxurious taste like kkanpunggi. The sauce balance is good, so it takes away the greasiness, so you can keep going without getting bitten.

This is a good restaurant in my neighborhood. I always order chicken and beer and the delicacies sujebi and rice balls. The draft beer is also really delicious, so I bring my kids when I want to drink beer. I only had red soup tteokbokki, but I switched to sujebi, but the white sujebi is also too good as a side dish for alcohol. If you don't like tteokbokki, I recommend changing to sujebi rice cake. It's so soft that it's so good to eat ~~ There are also various snacks such as golbaeng and muktae, so I want to come here even when I have a gathering~
