I ate Ieke ramen. I usually like rich flavors, so I ordered the local salinity, but the heaviness and richness of the soup was definitely different. The combination of salty and savory chashu and noodles was great, so I enjoyed it until the end. If you prefer authentic style ramen, I don't think you will regret choosing the local salinity.

Of all the Kanda Soba branches, this is my favorite! I had Mazesoba and Jiroke ramen. I eat Mazesoba every time I come here, and I think it's better than the Mazesoba I tried in Japan. It's really awesome!! The noodles are chewy and the seasoning is really appropriate 🤍 This was my first time eating Jiroke Ramen, and the broth was deep and flavorful, so I really enjoyed it :) I will come again for Kanda Soba!!

This is a place where the heavy, savory taste of Mazesoba is truly exquisite. A famous restaurant near Sangsu Station… 💓 If you add a little bit of kelp vinegar halfway through the meal, the flavor will explode and finish cleanly. Be sure to mix the remaining seasoning with the served rice and eat it!🤤

There are a lot of people waiting, but they fill up quickly! They have menus that I haven't tried anywhere else, and they're really delicious and friendly! The food is fast too! The taste was not worth the wait at all!! Be sure to add garlic cloves to your tonkotsu!! It's delicious.

I went around 17:00 and stood in line to order and wait until the break time was over! I waited for about 30 minutes and came in. I keep thinking about Abura Soba, so I came back again! As a bonus, there was Jiroken Ramen available only in March, so I tried it! I definitely stop by when I come to Hapjeong or Sangsu hehe.

I ordered Ieke ramen and pork skin abura soba, and the Ieke ramen soup was so delicious!! I like that the soup is very deep and there are two soft-boiled eggs. The pork skin abura soba is definitely the best!! The pork skin tastes better than most meat restaurants. It goes well with abura soba. I highly recommend it👍👍
My son sent me a photo of the cut pork skin and praised its taste, saying it was Mazesoba~ I tried it on my way to Hongdae~ "It costs 2,500 won to add one piece of this big pork skin~" My son added the skin to the pork skin abura soba~ I ordered the Mazesoba set that includes gyoza~ Chives, green onions, seaweed, ground meat... It's plentiful from the toppings. It's already delicious from the sound of rubbing together~ slurp~ I lifted one chopstick and put it in my mouth, “What is this~!!??” The deep, heavy umami that I want keeps filling me up. The firm and chewy noodles are also unusual. I really hate noodles that break as if they've been soaked, but the Kanda soba noodles have a firm and chewy texture with just the right amount of resistance. They go so well with the generous amount of toppings and seasoning that I ate them all without even leaving any seasoning to mix with the rice~😅 This is the reason why I ate it with my nose stuck in it. I ate Mazesoba and Iekeramen at Kandasoba, a famous Mazesoba restaurant! It was my first time eating Ieke, and it was heavy and delicious. The Maze Soba was still delicious. Rice bowls were also served, so I added them and ate them as a dog dish!
I suddenly remembered it on a special day and visited it, and it was so delicious! It would be nice to come on an anniversary day and the turnover was fast so I didn't have to wait! The staff was very friendly and gave good guidance, so it was comfortable. There was also a place to store bags on the shelves, making the store feel more spacious.

It’s been a while since I had mazesoba, and it’s still just as delicious 🥰 This was my first time trying Jiroke ramen, and the portion is big and hearty. If you like richer flavors, I think you’ll like it. The staff were especially kind, so I had a pleasant meal.
