뚜레주르 밤식빵을 좋아해서 다른 빵들과 함께 사먹었는데, 다른 빵은 문제 없었지만, 밤식빵만 겉은 익었는데 속이 안 익어서 밀가루 반죽이 그대로 있어서 마치 밤식빵 안에 치즈가 듬뿍 들어있어서 치즈가 늘어나는 것처럼 보일 정도로 밀가루 반죽이 안 익어서 먹다가 놀라서 그대로 포장해서 매장에 가지고 갔고 환불해준다 했는데 다른 빵으로 교환했었습니다. 그런데 처리과정이..알바생이 바로 빵 상태를 확인하고 사장님에게 전화 걸어서 빵 속이 안 익었다고 보고하는 동안 앞에서 통화하는 거 들으며 기다려야 했고요, 통화종료 후 제 연락처랑 이름을 물어서 적더라고요? 영수증과 빵 상태 직접 보여주고 안 익은 것도 확인했는데 이름이랑 연락처를 묻길래 사과하려고 그러시나 했는데 연락온것도 아니고 그게 의문스럽고 찜찜했었어요.
