Jeongwon Saeng-gogi — the best meat restaurant near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office!!! The owner is so kind and the food is generous 🥰🥰 Great meat quality and they cut everything for you so you just eat!! All the banchan are amazing too. Coming back! Jeongwon Saeng-gogi is the best 👍

Truly a hidden gem near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office station. Both owners are incredibly kind and warm. They grill quality aged meat over charcoal for you, which is great, but the banchan is what really sets this place apart. The kimchi and every side dish are homemade and absolutely delicious. Didn't expect to find proper Namdo-style banchan like this in Seoul. The banchan is so good that it almost feels like a waste to fill up on the meat (??) — what a strange BBQ joint lol. They've been here 8 years with tons of regulars.

Both the samgyeopsal and moksal were super fresh with tender texture. They also served doenjang-sulbap which paired perfectly. Every single banchan was delicious. Great meal 😋

The owner makes the side dishes personally, and with all the neat, varied banchan full of care, the meat just keeps going down🤍 They grill it for you, too! The friendly staff use expert skills to cook it, making the already high-quality meat even tastier👍🏻 The spacious, well-partitioned interior has great group seating, so I strongly recommend it for company dinners near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office. It also seems perfect for meals with parents or family!
