I chose it as a place to take a break!! It was nice and clean and didn't smell! I slept well~

Because it rained, I couldn't use the rooftop much, but it was very comfortable and nice to drink and hang out in room 507!!

It's conveniently located right in front of Suyu Station on Line 4. I tried the suite room because it wasn't expensive. I liked that the room was spacious and clean.

While looking for a new place to stay in Suyu, I visited Daniel Campanella! I recommend a few things that were impressive!! The front desk is incredibly friendly. I was surprised. I've never seen such a friendly place these days, and they put a lot of emphasis on no smoking. I'm a smoker, so I asked where I smoke, and they told me there was a rooftop on the 10th floor. Oh, I went there while on the rooftop, and it had a rocking chair and a table, and it was open so the view was nice. The room was much more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The bathtub was very big, and the spa was good and clean!! The TV was very big and the bed was comfortable. I've been to many places, but this place is really clean. I had a great time. I'll come again next time!

While on a business trip to Seoul, I looked for a place with good transportation and reasonable prices, and ended up making a reservation at Campanella. After staying for a few days, I think I will stop by again the next time I have a business trip to Seoul. The subway station is very close, the bus stop is also very close, and there are many franchise but delicious brands nearby. I even had them delivered and ate them often. Anyway, the best, the best, the best!!

On April 24th, a small foreign object came out, and today, May 16th, when I turned on the spa, more things like large lumps of water or dust came out, so I called the front desk, but instead of apologizing, they asked if I could change the room first. We asked the management to come and check the room first, but an employee from the cleaning department came. So, I called again and told them that they would have to come here and check it in person, but the staff member said that the cleaning person was not a daily worker and was one of our employees and that it was okay. Also, I felt like they were saying that foreign matter was coming out because they were grinding the motor and that there was no need to visually check because the staff already knew that water stains were coming out. In the end, he didn't show up and we canceled. The service response is not good and the sanitary conditions are poor.
