Ordered just one seasoned potato and waited almost 30 minutes. I get that the woman at the counter was busy, but if you can't be friendly at least try to manage your facial expression. Also no idea why items that don't exist are still listed on the Naver menu. The food isn't fast, the staff aren't friendly — I genuinely don't know why I should bother coming here. Worst Lotteria I've ever been to.
