Haidirao Gasan

Before visiting Haidilao for the first time in my life, I searched YouTube to learn the required order menu and the secret sauce. Personally, I don't like mala, so the tomato soup was really delicious!

I studied a lot before going, but I was confused. Don't just take screenshots, run a simulation and go. Haha.

This was my second visit to Haidilao Gasan branch! Since it was the weekend, we grabbed a catch table and waited for a little over 2 hours😂 It tasted even better because we waited for a long time. I think it was a Jumba restaurant, but there were cherry tomatoes in the dessert, so I put them in the tomato soup🍅👍 I love the tomato soup! They gave me 3 hours of parking, so I explored the shopping mall and ate well😋

The atmosphere was like a local Chinese restaurant. The tomato broth base suited my taste well. Celebrate your birthday and have a Sutamyeon performance? It was nice to show it too~^^

Birth D-35! I went there because everyone was singing haha. They were friendly and the food was good..! I don't know when I'll be able to go again haha. It was nice that they also took care of pregnant women! The wait time seemed to be shorter at the Gadi branch on weekends compared to other branches, so I gave it a try and I'm satisfied!

At 12:30 on Saturday, there were about 20 teams waiting, and by 2:30, there were about 40 teams!! 👀👀The staff are very friendly and it was fun to make the soup yourself and eat it with different sauces. I brought some Instagram tips and ate it, and I was very full!!👍👍

It's a shame that the overall taste of the stew was weaker than other restaurants (the tomato stew was rich and the hot pot was spicy, but lacked depth). Other than that, the service and ingredients were good. There was a birthday person in the family, and the tiramisu and the golden pig wrist bracelet they gave me were cute, so it was a fun evening :)

My friend made a reservation and we visited together. We arrived early and had to wait a bit, but we got in at our reservation time. After being guided to my seat, the clerk looked at my table and showed me the delicacy of setting the table and giving me hair tie kibi, which made me burst into laughter. He was kind. Please guide me through the tablet ordering system. There are several types of soup to choose from, but thanks to my friends who don't like spicy food, I divided 2 into 4 pieces and just had water and it was fine. Later, my friend added a lot of tomatoes to the water and ate it to taste like tomato soup(?). You can refill and combine sauces as you like, and it's nice to have a recommended combination method. The menu was fresh and delicious. I went to Shanghai last year and it had a very local feel.

I went to Haidilao and immediately understood why it was famous! As soon as I entered the store, the staff were very friendly and guided me, so I was able to get off to a good start. They also taught me how to order and make the sauce, so it wasn't difficult for me to go for the first time👍 The hotpot broth was delicious and the ingredients were fresh, so I was satisfied throughout the meal! The quality of the meat and vegetables was good, and I could mix and match them the way I wanted, so I kept reaching for them👍 More than anything, the service was impressive, so I felt comfortable eating! This is a place I want to visit again when I want a special meal out with family or friends👍
