There's no sign so I didn't know, but turns out it's called China Mart... 😅 The exterior has green neon lights that look even prettier at night, and inside there's a ton of accessories to browse. Especially the scrunchies and hair clips — there are SO many. Bought some for my sister and she was so happy!
