봉골레 파스타가 먹고 싶어서 검색해서 방문하게 되었는데 . 모시조개가 신선하고 맛있어요 ~ 담에도 또 방문 할 것 같아요 ! 💜🐾

봉골레는 보통 한국 레스토랑에서 흔하게 맛볼 수 없는, 여기 와야 맛볼 수 있는 아주 특별한 맛이에요! 모시조개가 들어가서 흔하게 사용하는 바지락보다 훨씬 고급져 보이고 맛도 좋네요. 탈리아텔레는 정통 이태리 식당에서나 맛볼 수 있는 완벽한 맛입니다. 고르곤졸라 크림과 스테이크는 찰떡궁합이네요. 크림이 느끼하지도 않아요~^^

First meal in Korea after a year away, and I never expected it to start here. I couldn't have imagined craving pasta right after landing in Korea, but one plate here blew that bias away instantly. Due to my job I travel across many European countries and have tried pasta in countless cities, but this place's flavors were hands down deeper and more refined than any of them. The bolognese sauce in particular had this incredible umami where the tomato seemed infused with rich meat juices, giving an impression of deeply concentrated flavor. The recommended San Pellegrino grapefruit perfectly balanced the richness with a refreshing citrus note. If you order the bolognese, I highly recommend pairing it with this sparkling water. Thank you to the chef for the amazing food.

Wow, 3 years after moving here I finally found THE steak + pasta spot!!! Had an amazing meal!!

A restaurant I had been eyeing on my usual route. The carbonara is light rather than heavy — smooth and savory. The gravlax was also delicious; cured salmon prepared this way is a real treat. The tagliatelle ragu alla bolognese was great too. All three dishes complemented each other nicely — I'm glad I ordered what I did.

Today, with temperatures climbing to 15 degrees and winter seemingly pushed away for good, I stopped by [Ediya Coffee Lab] after our usual walk with a friend. It's the kind of spot that keeps drawing you back — the warm, mellow scent of coffee beans, the unobtrusive background noise, and the comfort of our favorite corner. But day by day, that favorite spot is getting harder and harder to claim. You can really feel that this place has hit its stride in popularity. I suppose the reasons we loved it have made it just as appealing to everyone else — what can you do? There's a strange, bittersweet pang of having your secret hideout discovered. Still, even sitting somewhere different, the quality of conversation with my friend was unchanged; the surroundings may have been more bustling than before, but the fragrant coffee and the warmth of our chat were just as they always have been.
