I understand why this branch's rating is bad. I'm writing this to prevent innocent victims from coming forward. Look at the dried out Cyber Burger patty. The clerk was friendly, but the burger quality is the worst among Mom's Touch stores I've been to. I think the head office needs to get some training.

The patty has lost all its moisture, so it feels like chewing on stiff paper. The French fries are also dry. If you're going to eat them here, you should probably get them delivered from a store directly managed by Sadang.
