Seoul Dulle-gil Course 21 is an intermediate difficulty trail that walks along the ridges of Bukhansan Mountain and Dobongsan Mountain from Bukhansan Ui Station to Dobongsan Station. You can see the history of the Joseon Dynasty royal family by passing by Yeonsangun Tomb and Princess Jeonggui's Tomb, and the twin observatory offers an impressive panoramic view of Dobongsan Mountain and downtown Seoul.

Seoul Dulle-gil Course 21, a beautiful and easy walk spanning Dobongsan Mountain and Bukhansan Mountain! The course starts at Dobongsan Station and ends at Ui Station. The overall course is decent, and the view from the twin observatories in the middle of the Dobongsan course is truly spectacular. It has the best observatory that offers a 360-degree view of Dobongsan Mountain with red colored autumn leaves, rather than just a view of Seoul from the mountain, so much so that I want to visit again on a clear day next week. A notable difference was that a barbed wire fence was built to prevent wild boars from entering the area, but people were allowed to open the gate and come in and out. This meant that the mountain was right next to it! At the end, the spectacular view of Bukhansan Mountain as you walk toward Ui Station is a must-see~ A very beautiful course!

The trail starts from Dobongsan Station and arrives at Ui Station. There is an observatory in the middle, so it is good for taking pictures of both Bulsu Island and North Korea. It is a two and a half hour course that even the elderly can easily walk. The meal is near Daebomyeongga 4 19, famous for herbal sushi, so take the light rail from Ui Station.

Is there any neighborhood among the trails that is so excellent in terms of feng shui? The fact that there are so many tombs of kings and royal families means that it is sunny and very good in terms of feng shui. It was nice that there was a lot to see and was well maintained rather than a lot of nameless tombs near the clumsy trails. The Kim Su-young Literature Museum on the right side of the course is also worth a visit, so be sure to stop by. I also enjoyed being able to visit Yeonsangun’s tomb separately.
