Kaymak toast and vanilla latte are so delicious :)

I visited ‘Assemble Suyu’, a cafe that sells kaymak, which you don’t often see for sale! Although the store is not large, it is very clean and has a cozy atmosphere. Kaymak is sold individually and as a set with toast or ciabatta, but I ordered the Kaymak + toast set with a cup of warm latte. When kaymak was served, it came with a small amount of honey underneath it, making it sweeter and more savory, so I was really satisfied! The atmosphere inside was very calm and quiet, so it was nice to read a book. I will visit again ☺️👍🏻

There aren't many places that sell kaymak, but the kaymak and cheesecake are so delicious, and this is a great latte place ~~ It's great to talk to!!

It's been a while since I visited, and they have a new menu! It goes well with the blueberry scone cream and is sweet haha.

This is a cafe I love and visit once a week for over a year! The coffee is delicious and the kaymak is really delicious!! This time, you made a new dessert and it was delicious. There is good sunlight outside the window and the music is good, so it seems that many people come to study and chat!! Come and have some Maddori coffee 🍀😻

This is my absolute favorite cafe! ☺️ I used to buy kaymak often, but recently a new menu called scoopable scones was released, and I'm obsessed with this dessert these days. It's so delicious that I save a little more when I eat and buy coffee and dessert here :) The empty containers in the pictures are proof... The dark mocha is also really delicious, so everyone should try it at least once! And I tend to pay a lot of attention to hygiene, but it seems like the owner always keeps the inside of the cafe clean when making coffee and desserts, so I had more trust and was happy. Thank you😊

Found a cafe that makes me want to live in Lee Dong’s🙊 #Kaymak Toast_This is a monster😱 I’m full after eating, so should I order it or not? After thinking about it, I ordered it because I wanted to try it, but the moment I took a bite, it was delicious🤭 I praise myself for ordering it even though I was full. It didn't smell like milk at all, and the savory and creamy flavor goes well with the honey, so it goes well with the bread, so I hope everyone eats it. Actually, this combination is delicious 😋🍞🍯🐝💛 #Ah, it tasted a bit acidic, but There are a lot of coffee delivery orders that even people who like savory food can enjoy. Since I'm doing it alone, it takes a while for the drinks to come out, but the atmosphere, taste, and prices are good, so I'm 100% willing to visit again. I'll come again~

I stopped by this cafe because I was running out of time, but the atmosphere is really nice and the coffee has just the right amount of acidity, so it's delicious! I was in a bad mood, but it was great to be able to leave feeling calm.
