Deobenti Seouldaeipgu Station

I am writing this while eating takeout. I visited the store at 8:50 PM on February 12, 2026. The staff said they couldn't eat in the hall because it was closing soon, but I could do takeout, so I did that, but I felt it was very unfriendly. The staff was banging on everything as if they were going to destroy it, and when they left, they looked at us through the window and talked to the lady in the hall. This is the first time I've seen something like this in over 50 years of living in Korea. My children were with me and I didn't want to ruin their day, so I didn't bother to go back and ask. But you can't do this. I had a truly absurd experience.

There was one customer and I ordered right away and had to wait a bit to get my coffee. Good value for money.

Icheon Rice Latte didn't include coffee, so I added a shot. But I don't like it.

Is refilling ice or adding an extra glass of water such a big loss for the store owner? Even if you look at the cost, it would only be a few tens of won, so I don't understand why they are condescending to customers because the unit price is so high. It wasn't even a time when there were so many customers that it interfered with service. I thought I was the only one who had experienced this, so I looked up other reviews and found that similar complaints were being repeated. I can't even imagine how many more damage cases there would be if you include those who didn't leave a review. I think the store owner needs to receive training from headquarters again, starting with basic customer service.
