Went to the market for the first time in a while and the delicious smell lured me into buying dakgangjeong (fried chicken) again. As expected, the flavor speaks for itself — perfect crunch and tenderness, sweet and spicy, paired with a cold sikhye (sweet rice drink) that made me so happy. Kkaebi Chicken is absolutely legendary.
