10시반에 원격웨이팅 해서 10번 받고 12시쯤에 입장했습니다 아지타마고 소유라멘을 먹엇는데 국물이 굉장히 담백하고 계속 먹게되는 중독되는 맛이였습니다 면두께가 얇고 꼬들해서 취향이였고 근래에 먹은 라멘중에 최고였습니다

웨이팅은 입구 들어가서 테이블링에 캐치테이블로 대기팀 등록가능해요. 등록 후 카톡이나 문자 오면 입장 가능합니다. 웨이팅 등록후 저희 차례가 왔으나 지인이 한분 안 왔는데, 대기번호 뒤로 미뤄주셔서 감사했어요. 주문 후 5분내로 라멘 준비되어서 나와요. 라멘 국물 온도도 너무 뜨겁지 않고 바로 먹기에 적당하고 좋았어요. 무엇보다 오픈주방이라 깔끔한걸 손님에게 보여주기에 믿음이 가고 안심이 되는 식당이라고 생각합니다. 시끄럽진 않고 조용한 분위기의 라멘집이에요. 라멘 먹기 집중하기 좋은 식당이라 생각합니다. 지인들도 맘에 들어하고 다 맛있게 먹고갑니다 감사합니다. 다음에 또 가고 싶습니다.

캐치테이블로 1시간 30분 전에 웨이팅 걸어놓고 6시쯤 먹었어요! 저는 기본으로 먹었고 남자친구는 된장베이스로 먹었는데 사로 입맛에 잘 맞았어요:) 육수가 기름기가 있는데 되게 깔끔한 게 신기했어요 국물까지 싹싹 긁어먹구 나왔는데도 입맛이 깔끔해서 좋았습니다ㅎㅎㅎ 직원분들도 친절하시고 가게 분위기도 좋더라고요

아지타마 쇼유 라멘 계란이 정말 맛있습니다! 국물은 깔끔하고 쇼유의 감칠맛이 은은하게 납니다. 면은 중간정도 익기. 차슈는 부드럽고 훈연향이 잘납니다. 밸런스가 굉장히 좋은 라멘!

곧 더 유명해질 것 같아 서둘러 다녀옴 난 소유, 일행은 시오. 국물이 다른 곳에 비해 더 깔끔하고 담백한 편 아지타마고가 예술이라 꼭 추가해야함 면 두께 얇고 내 취향인데 많이 꼬득한 편이라 호불호 있을 듯

보는 것 만으로도 일단 반 이상은 먹고 들어가는 요아케 평채 업장답게 면개기부터 담음새가 환상적이다 요아케하면 아지타마고. 서민입맛인 본인 입맛 기준으로 맛있긴 한데 계란 하나가 2천원?이라 하면 고민이 되긴함. 하지만 한개 더 추가는 하지 않을지언정 최소 하나는 먹어야하는게 맞다고 생각한다. 개인적으로는 어느 하나 튀는 것 없이 극도로 밸런스가 잘 잡혀있다 생각함 직관적으로 한 부분이 튀어 와 맛있다! 보다 이게 더 힘든 걸 알기에 대단한 것 같다. 꽉찬 육각형이 맞는 표현인듯 4.0/5.0

요아케 첫방문 해서 시오라멘 먹었어요💚 2시30분 입장해서 웨이팅없이 먹었네요💙 3시부터 브레이크타임 이에요〰️ 추운날 따뜻하게 잘 먹고 갑니다✨️🌿

The shio ramen has a remarkably clear, clean flavor. The chashu is thin but tender with a smoky aroma — almost like bacon. The egg is excellent too. Overall a very well-balanced ramen. Did remote waitlisting and an open-run — waited about an hour to eat. Next time I'll try the shoyu ramen.

This ramen shop near Sindang is drawing attention as the area's Japanese restaurant scene grows. The flower wreaths suggest it just opened, yet we still had to wait 30 minutes at 1 PM on a weekday — the popularity is real. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with seasoned egg (14,000 KRW). The clear broth is clean and not overly salty, and the green onion and bamboo shoot toppings add nice depth to every sip. The à la carte items aren't exactly cheap for the portion size, but the rice with chashu and the extra noodle add-on are reasonably priced, making it a good deal for big eaters. One downside: I was exposed to freezing cold air the entire meal. The floor-to-ceiling entrance right next to my seat let in a constant draft every time customers came in. One visit may not be enough to judge, but I'm a little hesitant to brave the cold again.

Got in line on Catch Table right after 10 and had the ajitama shio ramen. I'm no cook, but the flavor hit a wall I honestly wonder if I could ever reach even with years of practice. The broth is listed as a blend of chicken, pork, and anchovy — without that hint you'd have a hard time placing it, it's that layered — but if you imagine pulling only the clean, pure umami out of meat and anchovy, this is exactly what that tastes like. As for upgrading to the ajitama ramen for 2,000 won extra, opinions seem to go back and forth, but personally I'd skip it. This is hands-down the best shio I've had, and the wait is absolutely worth it. Grateful for every last drop.
