직영인지 아닌지 모르겠는데 전광판 고장나서 육성으로 주문완료말하고 직원은 부족해보여서 매장 절반정도 찼는데도 불구하고 10분 넘게 걸리고, 식판은 너덜너덜. 전반적으로 관리가 안되는 것 같아요ㅠ 다만 음식은 맛있습니다.

맘스터치는 처음 가보는데 햄버거 맛있고 감자튀김 바로 튀긴 바삭잔 느낌 드네요 매장도 넓고 깨끗해요

진짜 너무 별로였어요... 어떻게 주문이 제가 자리에 앉자마자 1초만에 완성되나요 미리 만든 거 꺼내준 거라 치즈스틱도 완전 눅눅하고 싸이버거도 야채 다 튀어나와있을 뿐더러 치킨튀김옷도 눅눅...하고 질기고 아무리 관광객 많이 오가는 홍대입구역에 있는 매장이라지만 너무했어요
