이수역 근처 자그마치만 맛있는 빵집이 있네요. 지나는길에 우연히 들러 제가 좋아하는 치아바타랑 소금빵 사봤는데요. 치아바타의 탕종이 무엇인진 몰라도 쫀득하듯하면서 부드럽고 맛있네요. 르방소금빵은 다른 소금빵들과 약간의 차이가 있는데 좀더 쫀득한 맛입니다. 모든 빵들이 건강하고 담백한 맛이지만 갠적으론 치아바타가 더 좋아요

✔️하,, 소금빵이 대수냐 했는데 블루베리소금빵은 대수롭지않습니다 ✔️와인에 절이셨다는데 약간 새코롬달큰 하면서 소금빵 바닥면의 빠작함,,,, 취향을 저격당해서 황홀,,, ✔️들깨 바게트 너무 궁금해서 사자마자 씹어먹었는데 들깨 식감이 갸그작 느껴지고, 간이 짭짤하면서 이게 바게트보다는 사워도우 같이 산미가 느껴진단 말이죠! 집에서 크림파스타 소스에 찍먹했는데 매력덩어리!

추천 받고 갔는데 빵 맛있었어요!! 정직한 느낌의 빵이라고 해야하나? 소금빵 담백하고 가격도 좋아요~ 앙버터는 바로 만들어주셨습니다. 포장 손님이 많은 것 같은데 먹고 간다고 했더니 빵도 다 잘라 주셨어요^^ 담에 가면 다른 메뉴도 먹어보고 싶네요!

소금빵 2개 먹고 일반 5개, 블루베리 맛 5개 싹 쓸어왔어요^^ 쫀득, 담백 넘 맛있어서 분당에서 서울 나갈 때마다 들르는 빵 맛집 카페네요.

여기빵 진심….너무 맛있네요 빵먹고 이런생각처음드는데 약간 신세계에요….. 빵먹고 이런 감탄 나오는게 이상할것같잖아요?… 근데여긴 … 소름돋게 맛이 맛이 있어요

A bakery where the owner specializes in sourdough. I'd been wishing for a place near Isu Station with good sogeum-ppang and sourdough, and I finally found it lol. There are spots near Namseong Station or Haengun-dong/Bangbae-dong but they weren't the most accessible haha. Writing this review while eating the blueberry sogeum-ppang that's sweet-salty with a tangy twist — so good I'm packing up more bread lol. Gonna try the pain au levain with a latte at home, and make a ham cheese sandwich with the plain shikppang lol. Be back soon lol.

I came last week and visited again… Boss, please keep this place going for a long, long time… They gave me a chocolate baguette to try, and next time I’m coming back to buy the Noir (chocolate baguette)… What I’d been eating until now wasn’t even real choco baguette… this is the real deal.. paid for with my own money.

The owner’s mindset and the bread are both genuinely wholesome, so Gooseberry, keep thriving!!! And... who told you to make the cinnamon salt bread this delicious? I kept eating it slowly because I didn’t want it to disappear ㅠㅠ
