Maybe it's because I like raw fish so much, but vegetable sashimi...? Well, I'm not really sure because it feels like something isn't filling, but the uni beef tartare is really delicious🤤 I just wanted to eat it, I should have 1 tartar per person!!

[Balvenie French Oak 16 Year Old Pairing] Vegetarian sashimi, scorched ginseng porridge & white kimchi, twisted ice cream & kumquat jelly + 2 additional glasses of Balvenie 16 Year Old eggplant menbosha and herring roe bibim noodles! This bibim noodles really kick! It was! A moment when everything was perfect with my precious person!❤️

Black and White Chef Lim Hee-won’s “Butoh” It was a company dinner commemorating the 10th anniversary of the company’s founding, so it was a meal with only the company family. Fresh ingredients and eye-catching combinations. And the flavor fills your mouth. The best of them all seems to be Chef Lim's explanation and consideration. Thank you and thank you. ^^

I finally made a reservation and went to Butoh. I've always been a fan of vegetables, so I often went to vegetarian restaurants, but Butoh's vegetarian sashimi was by far the best. The eggplant menbosha was also unique, and even the grilled injeolmi was perfect. It was a pity that I couldn't eat more because the portions were small, so I tried to make another reservation, but failed 😭 I will try again and definitely go again soon. Chef Lim Hee-won was so kind, and I tried to muster up the courage to ask for a picture when we left, but he disappeared after we finished eating. It was so disappointing. Butoh was a really good memory, and I enjoyed it!

I was able to successfully make a reservation and go 😁 The indoor space was cozy and nice! Since we were a group of 4, we were shown to an inner room. Since it is mandatory to order a wine bottle on weekends, I searched for Vivino before going to Waalmot, and it was nice to order just the right amount of champagne. I liked it because it had just the right amount of carbonation and was refreshing enough to whet my appetite. Since I wasn't familiar with the names, I attached a picture on the last page :) I ordered yellowtail crudo, eggplant menbosha, cod sujaebi, glutinous rice scorched paper and stewed chicken, and they were all good. I especially liked the daegu sujaebi. There was plenty of cod meat, and the soup had a subtle and delicious taste!! One of my group members had urgent work to do, so I ate a lot and left. I want to enjoy it leisurely the next time I visit. It was a good meal!

It was delicious! The wine of the day was delicious, and my favorite was the eggplant menbosha~ It was so filling that I was only able to finish three menu items. I will visit again next time I have a chance~

It's so delicious! As expected, he was a celebrity chef, so I also happened to see a celebrity that day. The food, service, and wine list were all great, and the staff were all so friendly😍 It's a shame I couldn't take many pictures because I was so drunk and amazed by the food and wine. I think it's Hannam's blessing that there is a place like this in Hannam-dong! If I could make a reservation, I would go every day! When you look at the name of the menu, there is nothing special, but when you actually eat it, it tastes like nothing else. Vegetarian sashimi, tartar, etc. each had a kick. It’s been a long time since I’ve had tartar this delicious! I think I know why it’s famous. The chefs are friendly and the seating is well-made in a small space. However, when I visited, there were two corgis. It was a good pet-friendly restaurant, but the two large corgis barked and it was difficult to talk to them. ㅠㅠ I didn't know that corgis' voices were that loud. I think the staff should control that.

It was so difficult to make a reservation for chef Lim Hee-won, who appeared on Celebrity Black and White Chef, that it was so difficult that he only succeeded after 6 months! What I was most curious about was the vegetarian sashimi that Chef Seongjae Ahn highly praised. It was really delicious. I don't like vegetables, but vegetables are this delicious?! Haha, the eggplant shrimp menbosha looked like some type of basalt, but it was also really delicious. The grilled apricots were melty and the pretzel was delicious, and since I couldn't eat the marinated herring roe bibim noodles and cilantro, they made it with perilla leaves, which was also delicious 👍 When I told the chef that I enjoyed the black and white chef, he willingly took a picture with me and was very kind. If I make a reservation again, I want to go again. Try the whole menu! lol

It's Butoh, a modern Korean dining bar with a cozy atmosphere by chef Lim Hee-won of Black and White Chef Celeb. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to make a reservation for two people at Catch Table at the beginning of the broadcast and enjoyed it~! ^^👍 Wine order required, glass (20.0) available Tuesday-Thursday, bottle only (72.0-175.0) available on Friday and Saturday. The Louis Max Eau Valley Chardonnay (80.0), which is widely sought after, had a good fruity flavor, was not too sweet, wasn't heavy, and was clean, so it was good. ^^ Vegetarian Sashimi (18.0), which I was curious about. Except for the futomaki taste, which was a little disappointing, the texture and taste were great~! Steamed scallops (23.0), there weren't a lot of scallops, but the flavor of the butter and the vegetables were good^^ A popular menu item that everyone seems to order, eggplant menbosha (18.0), the crunchiness and nutty flavor are delicious~!👍 Thank you for packaging the remaining wine and taking pictures~! ^^
