The bedding is comfortable and good. The desk was a bit blunt.

The location is at the entrance of the Gangnam Station subway, so it is in a good location for traveling by public transportation. There is a famous Jungang Haejang restaurant and many other restaurants behind the building. It is easy to get to COEX and Hyundai Department Store in the basement. The room size is much smaller than in the picture. The parking lot is also small, but I think it is more convenient because they provide valet parking.

I made a reservation for the first time and was very satisfied. The bedding and room condition were all good, and the staff were very friendly. The room was not spacious, but the bed was large and the bathroom was spacious, which was nice. The soundproofing seems to be good as well. The overall condition is very good. Sure!

I had a great stay at GLAD Hotel Seoul (COEX Center). The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The room was spotless and quiet, with a super comfortable bed. Staff were warm and professional 🙏☺️ Location is excellent by COEX, near restaurants and shops. Metro construction may limit elevator access with luggage, but not the hotel’s fault. I’d stay again! Thank you!!! 😊

GLAD Gangnam COEX Center is 1 minute away from Samseong Station. It's close to COEX. You can choose Korean food for breakfast. Basic drinks like coffee, salad, and fruit are also available. The room is a little small, but the location is great! Recommended for business visits on weekdays for a twin room with breakfast included in the 150,000 won range.

I requested early check-in, and it was really nice that Gladman Aurora responded very kindly. The words were so kind that I thought I would definitely come here again next time. It's nice that other people are also kind. The lobby wasn't very wide and the room was a bit small, but it wasn't cramped since I was just sleeping alone. I was very satisfied with the double bed as it was very spacious. The housekeeping service was also very friendly and nice!! Breakfast is a system where you have to reserve and pay a day in advance, and the galbitang was very delicious haha. It was a very satisfactory stay. This was my first visit, and it's right next to COEX, so the surrounding infrastructure is good. There's also a cafe on the first floor, but I couldn't use it this time because the timing wasn't right. There was no room service, but delivery could be picked up in the lobby, which was very convenient.
