정형외과 물리치료 받다가 큰 차도가 없어서 이쪽으로 왔는데 상대적으로 치료효과가 조금 더 나은것 같음

I've been a regular for 4 years, but starting in January the clinic director's wife began working Saturday afternoons. Today she got upset that I hadn't answered one of her questions, gave me a wide-eyed glare, and started yelling at me — even said I should stop coming if I don't like it here. She's about 10 years younger than me, and she threw all this at someone who's been struggling with a chronic illness for years. The director just watched it happen and said 'let's not do this, you two' — not a word of correction to his wife. Other patients were lying down in the treatment room while she ranted loudly and arrogantly at a customer. Seems like because the clinic is doing so well, patients are no longer valued — just someone you can treat however you want. I hope that energy comes right back to her.
