I went to Seokchon Lake with my parents. It made me feel refreshed during my busy days :)

The trees are already green. I walked around Seokchon Lake with my girlfriend.

Cherry blossoms are pretty

I like that the Seokchon Lake walking trail is well maintained.

We are having a light festival. It's pretty!

The cherry blossoms have faded and now the roses are in full bloom. I am happy in front of my house.

I heard that the cherry blossoms at Seokchon Lake are the prettiest at night... Unfortunately, I could only go during the day! But there were so many people, it felt like I was watching people rather than cherry blossoms. When you take a picture, it's all about other people's backs... Haha, and with the sound of the rides screaming from Lotte World next door, the atmosphere was quite unique. While looking at the cherry blossoms, I suddenly said, “Aaaah!” Be surprised when you hear a sound! I think it would be much more romantic to quietly look at the cherry blossoms and the lake at night. Next time, I definitely want to go back to see the night view!

Seokchon Lake is amazingly beautiful on a spring day.

I took a walk around Seokchon Lake for exercise. Because it’s winter, you have to bundle up and walk. People who run wearing thin clothes are amazing.

Jamsilbeol, north of Seokchon Lake, used to be the Han River with a ferry port on the south side of West Lake, but as time passed, silt piled up and an artificial island was created, creating a new river that forms the Songpa River and Sincheon River that now pass through Seokchon Lake from under Gwangjingyo Bridge to Jamsil Baseball Stadium. In 1969, when the development of the riverbed of the main stream of the Han River began, the river was reclaimed, but part of it was left as a lake. In the early 1980s, the lake was maintained and turned into a park. With the opening of Songpa-daero, Songpanaru Park is divided into East Lake and West Lake with the same shape as Seokchon Lake. It is an ideal park with a lake and a park, and has a jogging course and walking path, so it is widely used as a resting place for citizens. Seoul Amusement Park and Lotte World's Magic Island are installed in West Lake, and nearby are Lotte World, Lotte Tower, and Hangang Park.
