Hongjo Galbi

The meat restaurant here is delicious. I tried raw red pork, ribs, and cold noodles, and they were all good. The neck meat is not my favorite part, but it was tender and delicious. It came with seasoned crab and green onion kimchi as side dishes and it was delicious😊 The cold noodles were Hamheung cold noodles style. There is also a lunch menu, so it would be nice to eat alone. I have to go again later~!

This is real life ribs. The cut was perfect and the meat was thick and really delicious!! Crab is also served as a side dish.

I think customers order based on the value and satisfaction of actually eating it, not the price per gram. Also, it was disappointing that they responded by saying "it can't be helped" rather than providing a sufficient explanation or apology for the situation. It was a big deal. Hongjo Galbi is great because it has beef, pork ribs, pork belly, etc. so you can choose from a variety of foods to suit your taste! I'm a pork belly fan, but today I went to eat seasoned beef ribs, which my child likes. It looks small on the outside, but when you actually go in, it's very spacious on the inside, so I think it would be suitable for a family gathering or company dinner. I really liked the basic side dishes here, including my two favorite types of pickled onions, cool dongchimi water kimchi, and crunchy green onion kimchi. They even have seasoned crab! The seasoned beef ribs are well seasoned and savory even without salt, so they are most delicious when eaten with the included pickled onions! I recommend eating it on its own rather than with lettuce wraps. It tastes better this way because the seasoning soaks in well.

To celebrate my husband's birthday, I visited with my children and my mother's nephew. The atmosphere was different from when I stopped by at a friend's gathering. Everyone's taste in ribs was different, but the kimchi was a little salty. You had to ask for it separately. The kids said they wanted cold noodles, so they ordered it, but the noodles were so hot that it was uncomfortable to eat. The vegetables were fresh and they brought out as much food as you could eat, which was nice. The staff was friendly, and they changed the grill quickly, which was great.

Hongjo Galbi is one of the most delicious rib restaurants in Oryu-dong, and it’s great because you can eat all kinds of beef, pork, and ribs! I liked the variety of fresh meat and side dishes. The soybean paste stew served with rice was savory and delicious! I recommend it as a restaurant near Oryu-dong Station.

This is truly the best place to eat out..! The meat is delicious, the side dishes are diverse, the meals are all delicious, and you can even get soft ice cream for dessert, so I'm sure I'll visit again.

I had half beef ribs and pork belly. I drank a lot. The store was clean and parking was available right in front of the store, so I enjoyed my meal comfortably. It's a good structure for group gatherings.
