무스 케이크 찐하고 맛있었어요! 오후에 가니 쇼케이스가 많이 비어있었는데 기회 되면 계절감 느껴지는 갸또도 먹어보고 싶어요.

정석적이지만 상큼한 디저트.

The moment I took a bite, I felt like I was in a French patisserie — truly a satisfying space. The verbena mousse had in-season peach that beautifully drew out the subtle fragrance of the mousse, while the crumble's crunch completed every bite. The owner was incredibly warm, and if you're in Noksa-pyeong looking for refined French desserts with a book in hand, this is the place :)

I visited after hearing it was a great spot for petit gateaux :) First off, the owner rechecked the temperature of my Americano and remade it — that kind of care made me trust that nothing here is made carelessly. The petit gateau I was looking forward to had a very delicate flavor. That said, since I usually go for bolder, more stimulating desserts, it took some savoring rather than an immediate "wow, delicious!" feeling. On the flip side, I think people who appreciate subtle flavors will absolutely love it. The items that hit me immediately were the chocolat au lait and the seasonal ice cream (vanilla). The vanilla ice cream in particular was so good I was sad with every spoonful that it was disappearing,, The conversation flowed better than expected too, so if you love petit gateaux, I think it's worth a visit :)
