The stew's broth is very deep and I love the chewy texture of the uddo. It makes my heart feel full when eaten with meat. The combination of flavors is harmonious and it's perfect for a quick bite. If you're looking for a satisfying bite in Han Nam Dong, I really recommend this place! I've tried both solo meals and late-night snacks here and was completely satisfied.

Lunch I ordered a bowl of 덮밥 (stir-fried vegetables) with a side of 시식밥 (raw food - essentially raw stir-fry), the combination of ingredients was spot on. The 차돌된장찌개 (spicy stir-fried tofu, but also can be meat or seafood) broth was rich and savory to the point where you'd run out of spoon at any time. Kudos to the place for a clean and modern atmosphere, the staff were super friendly too! They're also pretty convenient with takeout, making it perfect for eating alone.

I tried premium dried galbi for the first time and it was amazing! The meat is super tender and has tons of flavor. I'm so happy with every single bite. I had a deep flavor experience with the doenjang jjigae that felt like home-style rice 🍚. I came here on a samgyeopsal day and the galbi sauce is available, as well as plenty of side dishes that are fresh and plentiful! The kimchi was still in the jar, so I just grilled it and it was perfectly flavorful. The restaurant is also super clean and spacious, with great ventilation too!
