Super fresh. The ingredients — whole chicken, oil — are so fresh that the chicken comes out crispy and chewy. Had a quick chat with the owner and they're humble with clear standards about things like oil usage. They use quality oil and dispose of it right on schedule. Crispy and chewy. A healthy, quality tongdak (whole fried chicken) spot.
