오늘 8가지 품목을 사고 봉투에 담아 달라고하니 남자알바는 계산하고 옆 여자알바는 검은봉투를 저한테 주더라구요. 그래서 저보고 담으라고 한거야라고 하니 남자알바한테 꼰대 어쩌고하서 욕을 하다라구요. 마스크를 쓰면 제가 못들을줄 알았나봐요. 비웃으면 서로 얘기하는데 정말 어이가 없더라구요. 그자리에서 제가 따져봤자 나이먹은 사람이 불리하잖아요. 그래서 참고 왔어요. 고객을 상대로 앞에 놓고 비웃으면 욕하며 대화하는건 어디서 배운 서비스 마인드인지 모르겠네요. 20대인거 같은데 정말 예의도 모르고 매너도 모른네요. 이런사람을 알바로 쓰는 점주 또한 알만합니다. 본사에서 어떤 대응을하는지 지켜보겠습니다. 이게 얼마나 큰 사회문제 발전하게 될지 계속 지켜 보겠습니다.
