친구들과 거의 일주일에 한번씩은 방문하는데 친구들과 저의 의견을 참다참다 남깁니다. 가샤폰은 원래 서비스교육이나 직원교육같은거 안시키나요? 수원이나 용산도 가지만 잠실 직원들 정말 최악중에 최악입니다. 오늘도 친구가 남자직원분한테 뭐 문의를 했는데 얼굴이 씨뻘게져서 돌아오더니 나가자고 하더라고요. 왜그러냐 물어보니 핸드폰만 하면서 벌레보듯이 쓱 보더니 귀찮다는듯이 왜 나한테 물어보냐는 식으로 했다고 합니다. 옆에 여직원은 그 남직원 말에 피식 웃더니 자길 쳐다봐서 모욕감까지 느꼈다고 합니다. 저도 저번주에 똑같이 느꼈는데 열받더라고요. 갈때마다 느끼는거지만 저기 최악입니다. 일하시 시르면 하지마세요. 왜 돈 쓰러 가는 사람에게 그런식으로 응대를 하십니까? 고객이 벌레인가요?
