매장이 확장되어 다행히 대기는 없이 입장 할 수 있었는데 응대 직원분이 너무 불친절하여 기분 상했네요. 스카프 가격도 대충 답해주셨다가 결제할 때 되니 은근슬쩍 사과도 없이 올려서 ××만원 결제할께요 하시고 선물할 용도로 다양한 디자인이 보고 싶었는데 수동적으로 요청하는것만 겨우 해주시는? 내돈주고 구매하는데 이렇게 대우 받아야하나 싶어서 다음 선물 기회에는 다른데 이용할까 해요

응대해주신 직원분 친절하셨는데 들어가자마자 마시고있던 음료가 반입이 안된다며 바닥에 놓으라고 하시더라구요◡̈;;; 다른 매장 많이 둘러봤지만 음료 거치대 없이 바닥에 보관하라는 곳은 첨이어서 당황스럽더라구요 백화점과 브랜드 이미지도 있는데 기본적인 서비스는 갖추며 운영되었으면 합니다
