Lo encontré por casualidad mientras caminaba por Yongdu-dong y lo miré de cerca. Era un lugar donde se realizaban ritos ancestrales para rezar por una buena cosecha. Parece que de vez en cuando se celebran ritos ancestrales. Hay un museo dentro del edificio, pero como está ubicado dentro de una zona residencial, sólo los lugareños parecen saberlo. Ojalá hubiera más instalaciones relacionadas con sitios históricos como este.
