[Ventajas] - Muy cerca de la estación de Sinchon, excelente acceso en transporte público - Ubicado en el corazón de la zona comercial de Sinchon — muchos restaurantes, cafés y mucho que hacer - Para una habitación individual en el centro de Seúl donde el suelo es carísimo, la relación calidad-precio es excelente - El propietario es muy amable y cambia toallas y papelera una vez al día - La habitación está limpia - Champú y gel de baño disponibles, secador de pelo en el mueble del televisor [Contras] - Poca ventilación en la habitación — se siente agobiante al despertar por la mañana - El estrecho callejón frente al alojamiento se ha convertido en zona de fumadores, hay muchas colillas - El aislamiento acústico no es bueno — se escuchan conversaciones telefónicas de madrugada - Servicio de desayuno no disponible por COVID (Naver Maps aún lo muestra como disponible) Conclusión: Recomendado.
