오랜만에 찾은 동대문엽기떡볶이, 오늘은 평소보다 살짝 색다르게 국물닭발로 도전해봤습니다. 기대했던 대로 국물이 진~하고 걸쭉해서, 떡과 당면이 국물 맛을 제대로 머금고 있었어요. 닭발은 무뼈 스타일이라 먹기도 깔끔하고, 쫀득쫀득한 식감이 입안을 꽉 채워줍니다. 매운맛은 선택한 착한맛이지만, 여전히 엽떡다운 매콤함은 확실하게 느껴졌고, 같이 시킨 주먹김밥이 그 매운맛을 딱 잡아주는 역할을 톡톡히 했어요. 특히 국물에 계란찜을 살짝 찍어 먹으면, 매콤+고소 조합이 환상적! 바로 그 조합 하나로도 재주문할 이유 충분하다고 느꼈습니다.
