결제 후 아무 안내 없이 바로 다음 손님 결제를 진행하시길래 제 약인 줄 알고 가져가려 했습니다. 그런데 “설명 듣고 가셔야죠”라는 말을 들었는데, 미리 안내가 없어서 조금 당황스러웠습니다. 결제 후 복약 설명이 필요하다면 한마디 안내가 있었으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.
