간만에 탄탄면이 먹고 싶어 그냥 아무가게네 선택해서 주문했다. 세심한 포장에 놀라고 맛에 두 번 놀라게 됨. 뜨거운 국물을 붓고 잘익은 면을 풀어서 미역과 숙주를 한 번에 떠 먹었다. 다시마의 꼬들한 식감과 숙주의 아삭함이 입안을 행복하게 만들었다. 면을 입안에 넣고 국물을 먹으니 젠장!! 너무 맛있다. 국물은 순대굿의 진함 그 자체이다.
