직원 중 한 분한테 초콜릿 크림 칩으로 달라고 주문했는데 말씀을 끝까지 해주세요도 아니고 말을 좀 끝까지 해주세요를 정말 예의 없는 말투로 말을 하시더라고요 메뉴판에도 프라푸치노라 적혀있지도 않은데 프라푸치노요?? 이러고 표정도 그렇고 응대가 매우 공격적으로 느껴져서 당황했네요ㅋㅋㅋ..손님 응대를 도대체 어떻게 하는 거죠
