Pido que se vuelva a capacitar al antiguo personal femenino de recepción desde el principio para enseñar atención al cliente. No estaban adecuadamente equipados con lo básico. Desde cometer errores en la verificación de reservas e interrumpir a los clientes hasta no decir una palabra de disculpa como se esperaba, su actitud fue muy desagradable y dañó gravemente la imagen del hotel. Lo marcaron como hotel y actuaron como bárbaros en una posada. No tenían tanta experiencia como deberían para su edad. Si trabajas en el servicio debería ser básico al menos escuchar y responder a lo que dicen los clientes, pero primero cierra la boca y escucha. Parece que no puedes abrirlo. Aparte de eso, el resto del personal y las instalaciones son buenos.
