갱년기 상담을 받으러 병원에 방문했는데, 원장님께서 하나하나 자세하게 설명해 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 최근 몸 상태가 좋지 않아 병원 온 김에 수액도 맞았어요. 예전에 다른 병원에서 혈관이 좋지 않다며 여러 번 찔러야 했던 기억이 있는데, 이번에는 한 번에 잘 놔주셔서 감사한 마음이 들었습니다. 원장님과 간호사님들 모두 친절하게 대해주셔서 몸뿐만 아니라 마음까지 치료받고 돌아갑니다. 감사합니다. ^^

원장님 친절하시고 다 좋은데 데스크 직원 응대가 아쉽네요. 시술 처음이라 잘 모를수도 있고 다시 물어볼 수도 있는건데 "아까 말씀드렸잖아요, 아니라니까요"라는 식으로 귀찮다는듯이 답변해서 기분이 상했습니다. 그것도 두번이나 그러셔서 참다가 리뷰 남깁니다. 제가 같은 걸 여러 차례 귀찮게 계속 물어본 것도 아닙니다. 물론 친절하신 직원분들도 계시는데 지난번에도 그렇고 오늘도 그 데스크 직원 한 분 때문에 기분이 상했네요.
