언제나처럼 점심후 산책삼아 걷기도중, 자연스레 마트에 들리다. 낮시간이고 설명절 뒤끝이라 쇼핑객이 많지 않다. 두부등 소량의 저녁거리를 사서 집을 향하다. 어느덧 목표량을 초과하여 걸었다. 발의 통증을 느끼기 전에 귀가한다. 항상 건강을 생각하면서, 모두들 건강하세요♡♡
