파리에 있는 보앤미와 동일한 빵집!! 한국엔 유일하게 한 군데 이곳에만 있는 보앤미!! 소금빵이 아주 역대급입니다~ 대체로 빵들이 통밀로 만든 듯한 질감과 외관이라서 전북 남원에 있는 목월빵집이 연상되네요~ 감사히 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다~~~

파리 마레 지구의 골목을 옮겨놓은 듯한 차분하고 정돈된 분위기, 과하지 않은 우드톤과 빵 진열이 먼저 눈에 들어와요. 빵 스타일은 한마디로 정직한 프렌치. 버터 향이 앞서 튀지 않고, 겉은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉한 기본에 충실한 맛이에요. 백화점 안에 있지만 잠시 파리에 들른 것 같은 기분, 담백한 프렌치를 좋아한다면 부담 없이 들르기 좋은 곳입니다.

파리에서 먹은 BO&ME 아몬드 크루아상이 아른거려서 들렸습니다. 아몬드 크루아상이 솔드아웃이라 버터 크루아상과 쇼콜라 브리오슈 구매해왔는데, 둘 다 맛있었어요! 특히 브리오슈는 빵이 진짜 퐁신하고, 초코 맛이 진하더라구요. 추천합니다 👍🏻
