친절하게 대해주셔서 볼펜 리필심 사러 자주 갔습니다. 그런데 이번에 제트스트림 삼색 검정 0.38 리필심 불량이 많았어서 (조금 쓰다보면 안나오는 불량)문구점 다른곳 2곳에서(20년 이상 한 문구점들)펜촉보고 불량품이라고 반품 받은 적이 있다고 살 때 미리 말씀드리고 이번에도 화요일에 사서 쓰다보니 하루지나고 안나와서 (진짜 쓰는 것 밖에 안했습니다) 오늘 환불하러 갔더니 볼펜 써보시고 “이건 본인이 잘못해서 안나오는 거니 환불 못해줘요. 다른 문구점에서 환불해줬으면 다른 문구점 가세요~ 수입 불량품이면 수입처 가서 환불 받으세요.” 이러시더라구요. 수입처 자체 불량이면 수입해오는 가게도 책임이 있는 거 아닌가요 손님한테 직접 환불 받으라고 하는 게 말이 되나요 여기 가실거면 불량 아닌 걸로 사세요^^
