Fui para comer un postre dulce. Mientras iba al kiosco a pedir, un empleado de repente corrió hacia él y se me adelantó de golpe. Pensé que tendría algo urgente, así que esperé, pero solo estaba marcando algunos platos como agotados. Ni pidió disculpas ni dijo que esperara un momento, así que me molestó tener que esperar tanto. Luego, cuando intenté pedir, la pantalla del kiosco ni siquiera era la de pedidos. ¿Qué se supone que debía hacer...? Al final, pedí directamente a un empleado. Me habría gustado que al menos dijeran: "¿Podría esperar un momento? Tengo que hacer algo rápido y enseguida le ayudo con el pedido." O que hicieran eso después de atender los pedidos primero.
