아이가 주문포장 해왔는데 추가한 제품 하나가 누락되어있었어요 속상했지만 다시 갈 수 없어서 그냥 먹었지만 제품포장시 영수증 잘 확인하고 누락되지 않게 신경써주세요!!!

오늘 20시 16분에 방문했습니다. 매장 내 키오스크로 딥치즈버거 단품 한개 주문했는데 계속 안 나오고 주문 상태 보여주는 화면에 제 주문번호는 만드는 중이라고만 나와서 계속 기다리다 15분 되서 언제되냐고 직원에게 물어봤습니다. 그제서야 주섬주섬 버거를 챙겨서 주더라구요. 이 지점에서는 손님 음식이 나와도 알려주거나 제조 완료라고 화면에 업데이트 하는 시스템이 없나봐요. 물어봐야 음식을 주는 맘스터치 지점은 처음보네요. 직원의 사과나 미안한 기색도 전혀 없었고 기분 나빠서 이 지점에 다시는 안 갈 겁니다. 매장책임자는 직원 교육 다시 하세요.

가족과 함께 찾은곳 온가족 만족도 높아요 피자, 버거, 치킨.. 한번에 ~ 근데, 치킨이 너무 타버려서.ㅠ 친절하게 다시 구워주심 감사~
