5주 동안 수업했는데 넘 만족합니다. 일단 처음 러닝 입문다로써 러닝 하기전 몸을풀고 어떻게 스트래칭을 해야지를 순차적으로 다양하게 알려주셔서 혼자 러닝할때도 도움이 많이 되었고. 러닝을 할때 정현 코치님. 요한코치님. 그리고 후광님이 자세에 대한 피드백도 해 주셔서 좋았어요. 또 찍힐때는 챙피했지만 영상으로 찍어주셔서 제가 뛰는 모습을 볼수 있어서 더 좋았던거 같아여. 개선할 점이 바로 보이더군요. 다음 시즌도 시간이 된다면 한번 더 참석해서 페이스 조절 하며 거리를 늘려보고 싶네요. ^^
