처방전 약 받으러 갔는데 약이 데스크에 나왔있는데 갑자기 직원이 약사를 찾더니 다른 업무를 보기 시작하더라고요. 손님 약부터 챙겨야 하는 거 아닌가요? 기다리는 사람 있는데도 설명이나 양해 없이 진행해서 조금 불쾌했습니다.
