Alrededor de las 3 PM del 29 de enero de 2026, me probé dos pantalones y una camiseta en el probador de mujeres de Zara en el iPark Mall de Yongsan. Después de probármelos, decidí no comprar los pantalones y los dejé en el espacio de devolución habilitado frente al probador, tal como indican las instrucciones. En ese momento, una empleada suspiró ruidosamente varias veces, con suficiente volumen para que los clientes cercanos pudieran escucharla. El probador es un servicio que ofrece la tienda independientemente de si se realiza una compra, por lo que esta reacción me pareció bastante desconsiderada y, sinceramente, me hace dudar de si usar el probador la próxima vez. Las actitudes que hacen sentir avergonzados a los clientes deben corregirse. Solicito una revisión de la formación en atención al cliente del personal.
