구매 후 불쾌한 경험이 있어 리뷰를 남깁니다. 사은품을 주는 여직원 중 한분이 고객들에게 앱 설치 방법을 설명해주면서, 신경질적인 목소리와 무시하는 듯한 말투로 응대하는 모습을 봤습니다. 어르신들께서는 앱 다운로드 과정이 익숙하지 않을 수 있는데, 조금 더 친절하고 배려 있는 설명이 필요하지 않았을까 하는 아쉬움이 들었습니다. 새로 오픈한 매장이라 기대하는 마음으로 방문했는데, 이러한 응대를 보게 되어 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 앞으로는 모든 고객이 불편함 없이 안내받을 수 있도록 응대 태도에 더욱 신경 써 주셨으면 합니다.
