El día 17 de marzo, alrededor de las 12:00 a 13:00, tuve una experiencia muy desagradable por la actitud de la empleada rubia que se encargaba de atender el probador. Cuando le hice una pregunta, él simplemente me miró fijamente sin responder y mostró un comportamiento desconsiderado, como golpear la percha. Además, me pregunto si existe una regla que requiera que los clientes cuelguen ellos mismos los artículos no comprados en perchas después de colocarlos. La forma en que se le pidió al cliente que limpiara sin ninguna orientación se sintió muy desagradable, junto con la actitud general del cliente. Aunque la tienda no estaba llena en ese momento, es difícil entender este tipo de respuesta... No importa cuáles sean las circunstancias personales, espero que excluyan las emociones y mantengan una actitud de servicio mínima al tratar con los clientes.
