살다 살다 이런 리뷰는 처음 씁니다. 병원 1주일 겨울휴무라 아이 항생제를 10일치 처방 받아 조제했는데, 큰 물약병에 담아 준 약이 집에 도착하자마자 봉투안에서 다 새어 나와 난리였습니다. 약국에 전화하니 “약국 잘못 아니다” ”나갈 땐 문제 없었다“는 변명만 늘어놓고 사과는 단 한마디도 없었습니다. 역대급 한파인데도 약을 들고 다시 오라고만 하더군요 직접 약국에 갔지만 끝까지 사과는 없고 자기방어 뿐이었고, 행정 직원분만 계속 대신 사과하셨습니다. 약을 다시 지어주고는 약사 본인은 인사도 없이 끝이었습니다. 제가 일부러 아이 약병을 깨뜨렸을까요? 상식적으로 봐도 약병 자체에 불량으로 실금이 있는 상태에 추위에 터졌을 가능성이 큽니다.소아과 병원도 이약국 때문에 안갈꺼예요 내일 오전에 병원에 전화할꺼예요.

건강에 관심이 없었는데 몸이 안 좋아지면서 방문하게 된 아이약국. 지금은 약사님의 세심한 관리로 몸이 많이 좋아진 한 사람으로 약사라는 직업이 이렇구나 라고 새삼깨닫게 해준 그런 곳이예요. 의사들도 이곳의 약사님처럼 세심하고 각자의 몸에 맞춰서 설명해주고 조제해주면 얼마나 좋을까란 생각을 많이 하게되요~ 지금은 저의 가족 뿐 아니라 지인까지도 이곳을 믿고 다니는 곳이라 완전 찐 추천이예요😊
