CU편의점은 이탈리아 프리미엄 커피 머신 브랜드 '라심발리 '머신 사용하고 있었고, 원두는 콜롬비아&탄자니아산 블렌드이었음. 내 입맛 기준에서는 산미 없었고, 다크한 고소함에 포커스를 맞춘 느낌. 갓 추출된 커피는 각성용(배전도 높은) 맛인데, 10분 정도? 식힌 후에 마시면, 물온도가 낮아지면서 바디감이 좀 더 잘 느껴져서 일상 커피로 마시기 좋은 느낌이었음. +) 장충체육관점은 머신&호퍼 관리 잘되어 있었고, 호퍼 안에 원두 상태도 윤기나는 때깔이라 선택했었음. 🧾
