El proceso del examen ocular fue muy minucioso, y durante todo el tiempo me explicaron todo de forma amable y detallada, así que quedé muy satisfecha. El ambiente de la tienda también era agradable en general, y el personal era amable, así que pude usar el lugar con tranquilidad. Es un sitio que me inspira confianza.

La primera visita fue para un ajuste y quedé tan satisfecha que esta vez volví para cambiar las lentes también. El examen ocular fue muy detallado y el personal fue muy amable. Con las nuevas lentes veo mucho mejor que con mis gafas anteriores, ¡es como tener ojos nuevos! El ajuste fue muy preciso y cuando volví porque algo no me sentaba bien, me atendieron enseguida con mucha amabilidad. ¡Volveré sin duda! 😃
